Delicious chicken plate
Eating chicken is healthy. It make your bones strong ,spicy chicken is tasty, yummy! Chicken curry can be served with rotis, bread or rice etc.
Ingredients
- 1kg chicken
- 2 large onion ( paste)
- 3 tomatoes, pureed
- 1tbsp garlic paste
- 2tbsp dhaniya powder
- 2tbsp zeera powder
- 1/2tsp lal mirchi powder
- 1tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2tps Haldi powder
- 2tbsp oil
- To taste salt
- For garnishing dhaniya leaves, chopped
Heat oil in a Pan and saute the onion paste, garlic and ginger paste till golden brown.
Add tomato puree. When the tomato puree dries up add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder,and salt. Let the spices cook.
Add chicken pieces into the masala. Stir well and cook till they are golden brown.
Add 1/2 cup of water and stir. Cover with a lid and let it simmer till the chicken is cooked.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
