Egg bhurji Eating eggs are good for health, it boosts stamina it has high nutritional value. It is rich in vitamin A. Eggs gives you strong hair and good eyesight. Egg bhurji is the most common breakfast. Ingredients Eggs 4 Onions, finely chopped, 2 medium size Tomatoes, chopped, 2 Green chilies, 1 or 3 as per taste Capsicum, chopped (optional) Ginger, finely chopped, about 2 inch Coriander leaves, chopped 1/2 cup or a small bunch Curry leaves, 2 or 3 Vegetable oil or ghee, 2 Tbsp Cumin seeds (Jeera) 1 tsp Red Chilli powder 1 tsp or as per taste Turmeric Powder, 1/2 tsp Pav bhaji masala (optional, use if you have it) Salt as per taste Method Step 1 Whisk the four eggs gently with a spoon and keep aside. Step 2 Take a pan, add oil or ghee to it. Now add jeera, onions, hing, green chillies, curry leaves, capsicum and ginger to it. Saute. Step 3 Add tomatoes and few coriander leaves. Crispy, spicy prawns fry Crispy and spicy prawns fry which is super delicious. This prawns fry is easy to make and tasty Ingredients Prawns - 500 grams Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tblsp Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp Salt to taste Curry leaves a handful Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tblsp Garam Masala Powder - 2 tsp Pepper Powder - 1 tsp Fennel Seeds / Sombu / Saunf - 1 tsp Lemon Juice - 1 to 2 tblsp All Purpose Flour / Maida - 2 tblsp Cornflour / Cornstarch - 4 tblsp Oil for deep frying Instructions Mix all ingredients till lemon juice and let it mariante for 15 mins. Take it in a pan and cover it with a lid and cook for 5 mins till water comes from it. Now increase the heat and dry the water up. Take it in a bowl and cool it. Add in all purpose flour and cornflour and mix well. Drop this in hot oil and fry till golden brown. Drain and serve.

Delicious chicken plate Eating chicken is healthy. It make your bones strong ,spicy chicken is tasty, yummy! Chicken curry can be served with rotis, bread or rice etc. Ingredients 1kg chicken 2 large onion ( paste) 3 tomatoes, pureed 1tbsp garlic paste 2tbsp dhaniya powder 2tbsp zeera powder 1/2tsp lal mirchi powder 1tsp garam masala powder 1/2tps Haldi powder 2tbsp oil To taste salt  For garnishing dhaniya leaves, chopped Chicken curry recipe Heat oil in a Pan and saute the onion paste, garlic and ginger paste till golden brown. Add tomato puree. When the tomato puree dries up add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder,and salt. Let the spices cook. Add chicken pieces into the masala. Stir well and cook till they are golden brown. Add 1/2 cup of water and stir. Cover with a lid and let it simmer till the chicken is cooked. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
